Getting back on track with Mercury stationing direct

Mercury stationed direct in Capricorn at 8° on 13/12, then it retrograded back into Sagittarius on 23/12. With Mercury stationing direct in Sagittarius at 22° on 1/1, it’s highly likely that you’ve brought a bit of whatever was going on for you in December into the new year, which may require you to revise and recalibrate any plans pertaining to travel, education, your career and your parental style + responsibilities (this includes you grandparents out there!). It's worth noting that it may take until around 22/1 to iron out any difficulties in these areas, as that is when the Mercury retrograde post-shadow period will end.

Difficult conversations about morals and your future plans

On 1/1 Venus in Sagittarius will square Saturn in Pisces at 3°. As 3° is the Gemini degree, you may find yourself having a difficult conversation with a loved one about your morals and/or your plans for the future. Being productive with Mars in Capricorn

Mars will be in Capricorn from 4/1 - 13/2, which is a welcome transit as Mars is exalted in this sign. You can expect to have more ambition, drive and resolve when it comes to setting and achieving your goals. Having said that, it’s likely that you will be very busy during this period of time, so be mindful not to bite off more than you can chew!
With the Sun in Capricorn squaring Chiron in Aries at 15° on 6/1, you may have to make a difficult decision about how to proceed with a work situation or how to navigate a potentially tense conversation with your father, boss or an important male figure in your life.
