New Moon in Scorpio at 20º

There will be a new moon in Scorpio at 20° on November 13th

​Is this new moon an eclipse? No.
Is it just as powerful? Almost
Why is that? It’s because this new moon will be very closely conjunct its ruler, Mars at 22°, and it will be opposite Uranus in Taurus at 21°. Not to mention we are still under the influence of the most recent eclipse in Taurus (on 28/29 October).
