11:11 is a high vibrational number and for this reason, on November 11th (11/11) the veil between realms is incredibly thin and will continue to be so for the next 10 days until the end of Scorpio season.

Our past & our sense of self

Sometimes we cling to our past, our emotional hurts and slights, and our old stories, because on a deep, subconscious level, we have come to identify this pain and these experiences as being an intrinsic part of who we are.
Sometimes we allow our traumatic experiences, our breakups, the abuse we’ve suffered, and the hardships we have endured, to merge with our understanding of self. And when that occurs, it becomes ever more difficult to disentangle our sense of self from what we have experienced.

The use of language in describing one's experiences

​The language you use to describe yourself and your experiences DOES matter.
​Every time you say things like:

• I’m stupid
• I’m a failure
• I’ll never be successful
• No one will ever love me
• I’ll never get pregnant
• I’ll never earn more money
• Good things never happen to me
• I will never heal
• I will always be sick
• Things will never change

You are training yourself to believe these things to be true. And when you say these things to other people who are operating on a lower vibrational plane, they may deliberately (if jealous or resentful) or inadvertently pile on to these statements, which reinforces their power.

You can change

You don’t have have to live like this anymore.
You can let go of the pain.
You can heal from the trauma.
You can experience more abundance in your life.
You are worthy of love.

But for things to change, first you will need to believe that it’s even possible.
